Each piece is made in South Africa using 100% cotton yarn and produced in small batches. We believe practical doesn't have to mean boring, and handmade doesn't have to mean delicate.

2. Send us your order: Message us with the item name, colour (if applicable), and quantity you'd like.

3. Choose your shipping method

4. Receive your invoice: We'll send you an invoice with payment details.

5. Complete payment: Once payment has been confirmed, we'll prepare your order for dispatch.

PAXI deliveries: Please allow 5–7 business days for your parcel to be processed and delivered.

Uber Connect deliveries: Delivery time depends on driver availability and your location, but orders are typically dispatched promptly once payment is confirmed.

Orders are only packed and dispatched once payment has been received and confirmed.

Yes! Twist N' Tote ships nationwide across South Africa using our PAXI delivery options.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

 

Care Instructions

How do I care for my Twist N' Tote bag?
Each Twist N' Tote piece is carefully handmade and deserves a little extra love. To keep your bag looking its best, we recommend the following:

Spot clean when possible
Use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap to gently remove any marks or stains.

Hand wash only
If your bag needs a deeper clean, wash it gently by hand using cool water and a mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach.

Do not machine wash
Machine washing can alter the shape and structure of your handmade piece.

Air dry flat
After cleaning, reshape your bag and allow it to dry naturally on a flat surface. Avoid hanging it while wet, as this may stretch the fibers. Do not dry in direct sunlight.

Avoid excessive weight
Because crochet is made from yarn, some natural movement in the fibres can occur with regular use. Avoid carrying excessively heavy items to help your bag maintain its original shape.

Store with care

When not in use, store your bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Stuffing it lightly with tissue paper can help maintain its shape.
